What is Economic Equity for Moms (EEM)?
Economic Equity for Moms (EEM) promotes policies that support women in their roles as mothers, whether they be full-time employees, full-time caregivers, or anything in between. The service mothers provide in raising their children is essential to the health of society and to the economy of the United States. As such, caretaking work should be recognized by society and supported by local, state, and national policy.
